At Cuba Nail Bar, we are committed to providing clean, safe, and quality services for every guest.

Before Your Service

Please inform us before your service if you have any allergies, sensitivities, diabetes, infection, open wounds, or other nail/skin concerns. We may refuse service if there is a safety or health concern.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your nails, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can correct them.
All gel color services are guaranteed for 10 days for chips or lifting with the original color.

Refund Policy

All services are final.
We do not offer refunds after a service is completed, but we will gladly make reasonable corrections.

Payments

Please have your payment ready before service begins.
We accept cash and major credit cards.
A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments.
If you leave to get payment, you must leave a valid ID or phone at the front desk until you return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are treated like cash.
They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Children & Belongings

Children must be supervised at all times and remain seated with an adult if not receiving a service.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Salon Safety & Respect

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
For safety purposes, our salon may be monitored by video surveillance.

Photos & Videos

We may take photos or videos of your nails, hands, feet, or service results for our website and social media.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know before or during your service.
